The BCSA has made significant progress over 2009 as our plan to expand and improve the Corvallis Skatepark has CIP Commission Approval!  This approval  has allowed us to start working with volunteer grant writers and we are writing grants to fund the project.  Many grants require matching funds so we also planning a skater lead fund raiser as well as planning for our annual Art and Music Benefit.  Please stay tuned for more updates later this week.  BCSA Admin

The CIP Commission voted to approve our proposal to expand the Corvallis Skatepark! The CIP Commission voted to approve our proposal to expand the Corvallis Skatepark! This is not the final approval but it means that we have a firm commitment from the City of Corvallis which will allow us to write and submit grant proposals to help fund the project.

Yes, this process takes time, but now the only thing holding us back is funding. The sooner we raise the funds the sooner the bowl and other improvements will happen so help us help you by donating some cash to speed things up.
