On August 20, 2009 the City of Corvallis Parks, Natural Areas and Recreation Board (PNARB) voted to recommend that the BCSA’s proposal to expand and approve the Corvallis Skatepark be placed on the City’s Capital Improvement Project (CIP) list. The next step in the process of gaining City approval for expanding the skatepark will come in early November when our proposal will be before the CIP Commission. The BCSA is co-sponsoring the 1st annual  Harrisburg Skate Competition on the 4th of July with Team Woodchuck from Eugene and Skaters for Eugene Skateparks.  The skate comp will be part of the Harrisburg’s annual 4th of July celebration so come join the fun and be ready to skate!  It costs $2 or 2 cans ...
